🍑 Local Mother and Son Continue Sweet Peach Tradition
Grand Junction mom Sarah Dell and her 9-year-old son Jawn Fisher are giving back in a uniquely Western Slope way — by delivering Palisade peaches to Children’s Hospital Colorado and Brent’s Place. The tradition began during Jawn’s leukemia treatment and has now continued for four years, with 20 boxes of peaches donated this summer.
